For men:
From 94 to 102 cm means Be careful you are about to become obese
Above 102 cm you are suffering from obesity

For the lady:
Of 80 - 88 cm means be careful you are on the verge of obesity
Above 88 cm you suffer from obesity
2005 newly change the scale to 80 cm and above are suffering from margarine

The other simplified method:
